On request

Full day activity with Cooking Class and dinner in a private house.

Immersed in the scenery of Umbrian countryside, Carsulae is one of the places off-the-beaten-paths not to be missed. This town was built by the Romans along the Flaminia Road linking Rome to the North-Eastern coast of Italy. The ruins feature a long section of the Via Flaminia paved with large blocks of stone, the forum, the theatre and amphitheatre, the roman baths and some monumental tombs. There are also a tiny church and an imposing arch at the Northern border of
the city.

At 3 miles from Carsulae is the charming Medieval village of San Gemini, where time seems to stand still. Beautiful
palaces, churches and alleys allow picturesque views.

In San Gemini you will experience a Cooking Class in an ancient private house. After a welcome refreshment, chef Lorena will reveal the secrets of Italian cuisine teaching you how to prepare delicious dishes with genuine ingredients. At the end of the cooking class you will taste the dishes prepared sharing dinner with Lorena and her family in an informal and lively atmosphere.

DURATION OF THE TOUR: 9 hours approx.
